    Calendar data

Can anyone tell me the file name that Outlook Calendar appointments are stored in? I want to copy my work calendar to my home calendar.

normally pst, but if at work with exchange server, they are in the mailbox and you can't find a copy of that file. you can cretae a new pst - file > new >personal folder then right click and drag the calender folder to it (to copy) and file > close the new pst. take that copy home.

Better yet is to export ONLY the calender if this is al that you want. Remember that the PST file includes you remail, Contacts and etc.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

Exporting only copies visible items - by copying folders hidden items (like custom views) are copied too. These can then be applied to the folders at home.

Copying is generally recommended over using the import/export routine. It's faster IMHO.
