    Irritating Folders (Frontpage Office 2003)

    Hi,

My Frontpage installation keeps creating folders that I don't want (don't even see as necessary).

When I create a web page (notably one with pictures in it, I store those images in a folder called /images ... if that is so why does every page I create seem to create another folder called the same name but an additional "_files" in it? It's very irritating and, as far as I am concerned, a serious step back from the clean HTML I try to create.

Can this "feature" be switched off?

I put together a <!post=post,238794 >post<!/post> on this subject last year. At least I assume these are the folders you are referring to. Does this help? These folders are not accessed by users viewing your site, rather they are used by your FrontPage installation when you are editing your site to support many of FP's features.
