    Calculating Dates (Excel 2000)

Can someone tell me how to insert a formula to calculate dates betweeen cells? For example, cell C2 has a date (e.g., 4/1/04) and cell T2 (e.g., 4/10/04) has a date. I want to be able to automatically calculate that there are 7 working days (working days) that have happened between the 2 dates. Is this possible?

    Thanks!

    Try the formula =DAYS360(C2,T2)

    Hi,
If you have the Analysis Toolpak add-in loaded, you can use the NETWORKDAYS function. For example, if A1 contains your start date and B1 your end date, you would enter:
    =NETWORKDAYS(A1,B1)
Note: it is worth looking the function up in Help as it can be quite particular about how it accepts dates.
    Hope that helps.

The NetWorkdays function will also accept a list of holidays and include them in the calculation of work days.
