email stationery (Windows XP Home Office 2000)

I want to send my emails on my stationery but Outlook "rearranges" my letterhead. How do i set my letterhead as the email stationery and not have it rearranged?

In what way does it rearrange the letterhead?

It moves the lettering around, like it's not happy with the margins I set.

Are you creating your messages from inside Word using a Word template or with the Outlook editor? If you're using an HTML format stationery and the built-in Outlook editor, I might be able to help, but not with Wordmail.

I "built" my letterhead in Word and have saved it as letterhead.doc.

So you compose new messages in Word? Office 2000's Wordmail feature was widely viewed as buggy, and I never used it, so unfortunately I can't help with this one. I've heard it's better in Office 2003. <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>

How are you getting it to view when in Outlook?

I write the letter on my letterhead that's saved in Word - copy all of it - paste it into the internet explorer email form. It "rearranges" itself after I have pasted it into the email form.

I think you have your default settings to be "Plain Text".
You need to change the format to HTML and then do the paste. this should work as planned.

Thank you. I'll give that a try.
