    Blackberry and Spam (2000/SR1)

I have a client-based spam filter that is working fine on Outlook. However, all of the spam continues to go to my Blackberry from the Exchange server, which doesn't have a server-based filter. I've checked the Blackberry site but can't find anything about identifying spam on the Blackberry. It has limited filtering capability. Any ideas? Even ideas of where I should go to look for ideas?

    Thanks,

I'm confused. Your mail is downloaded to a PST and filtered locally, and at the same time you are able to retrieve it from your Blackberry? Is the server simply forwarding a copy of all your mail on receipt to a separate pick-up point for mobile access? If so, I think you're stuck without server-based filtering.

You're right that the server is simply forwarding all email to the Blackberry and that we don't have a server-based filter. However, I came up with a workaround. I created a filter on the Blackberry and copied my entire contact list into it. So far, so good!
