    Runtime 2002/XP (Access 2002)

Is there a runtime download for Access 2002/xp?

All I see to be able to find is upgrades for the runtime, but not the initial installer.

The runtime files are part of the Office XP Developer edition. They're on the developer tools CD.

Thanks for you're reply Charlotte, I didnt find them on the CD but after another search based on your info I managed to find out that I had to use the packaging wizard to create a database install, which had the option to include the runtime files. Selecting this option then created an installer with the runtime files in a folder.

Just need to test it now, but the test machine is tied up at the minute.

Thanks again for the nudge in the right direction, you're always a great help!

Ah, I misunderstood your question. Yes, the way to get runtime files into an installation is by building an installer and including the runtime files. There are actually two versions of the runtime files, one with IE and a "lite" version without IE.
