Deciphering INF to manually edit registry (XP Pro sr 2)

I have an INF file for an old Kodak webcam. I think that if I manually put in the correct registry items, I might be able to manually load the infamous VQC2 video decoder. The problem is, I don't know enough about the INF shorthand to understand exactly where and what I have to do. I got the system.ini stuff (duh). If you could double-check (can we know?) where the other files have to go, that would be great, too. I figure they all go into C:WindowsSystem32. Here is the contents of the INF file (named DVC325.inf):

    Eric

On reading through your .INF attachment I can say a heartfelt "Good Luck!".

I can't see it would hurt to put the likely files in WindowsSystem32, presuming "it" just simply searches the path when it wants them.

I presume you have an extremely valid reason for not trying to use the .INF file to actually install the software?

When I try to install the INF file, it doesn't do anything. The cursor blinks, then nothing else happens.

I'm wondering if anyone can decypher the registry modifications, so that I can go in and add them myself. Specifically, the ... (comma, comma, comma) ??? What values are being skipped there in the regedit?
