Self Certification of macros (2003)

How does one go about creating a certificate for a vba macro created in Publisher?

    Thanks.

    You have two choices.

You can to go to a reputable Certificate Authority, such as Verisign or Thawte and pay them to issue you with a certificate.
You can use a tool called SelfCert.exe which is part of the Office 2003 kit to create your own certificate - which won't be validated by a trusted authority.[/list]If you get an external certificate then you install it from within Internet Explorer, Tools > Internet Options > Content > Certificates.

I've never used SelfCert, so I can't offer advice on how to use it, but you could try reading this article to see if it helps.
