Hotmail - retrieving mail from other account (Explorer 6.0)
Hi, hope you can help me. I don't know much about servers and email fine details, but I use Hotmail for email and have paid for a super account giving me extra storage and ability to retrieve messages from other pop mail accounts.
I would like to retrieve email from another Hotmail account for which is free and I have not upgraded and paid more for. Is this possible? If so, I have another question. The free account will be deleted if there is no activity in 30 days. Would retrieving messages (transfering new messages) from the free account to the super account satisfy this requirement and keep it open?
I will not be able to check my Hotmail accounts for a couple of months and I do not want to lose my free account, nor can I afford to pay the money to upgrade it. I'm looking for a way around this Hotmail rule.
I sure hope someone can help. Thanks in advance.

I can't answer your questions, sorry, but I do have a thought about keeping your free account alive: perhaps you can have a friend or colleague check it for you during that time? Maybe even someone kind enough to delete all the junk so you won't have a three-month accumulation the next time you check it. <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>
