    Corrupted ntdll.dll??

Lately I've been getting a popup box that says, "The procedure entry point RtlDuplicateUnicodeString could not be located in ntdll.dll" when I try to run several programs. When I click OK in this box, the program seems to run ok, but does any one have any idea why I'm getting this error message? Corrupt ntdll.dll, maybe? If so, how do I get a replacement and reload it? Any ideas are greatly appreciated. I'm running latest service pack on Win2k pro.
