Dot matrix printers are much harder to control than inkjet and laser printers, and their drivers usually work on counted lines rather than page settings. Do you have the appropriate drivers installed for that printer? A generic driver is likely to not give you the control you're trying to achieve. In any case, communicating with a dot matrix printer ordinarily means sending ESC codes to it, and the documentation for the printer itself should contain a list of the codes and how to use them.

Have you tried using the printer defined with:
    'Paper Source: Cont. Feed

The "With Break" is probably causing your 20 lines.

After further review I was using wrong driver

    This is what worked

    http://www.star-m.jp/service/s_print/linem...yyymmdd.exe.htm

    LineMode_2K-XP_yyyymmdd.exe
Line Mode printer drivers for printing line text and graphics with device fonts.

    LegacyLineMode_95-98-ME_yyyymmdd.exe
Legacy Line Mode printer driver set including drivers for all Star printer models.

    Thanks for your help

    John
