    Query Formula needed (2002)

    I need a formula that says if something is >.01 and <0.1 than a * is entered. This is what I have so far but its not giving me the correct data. If I enter and between the two values I get an error message.

    Asterix: IIf([ref_signif]>0.01<0.1,"*",IIf([ref_signif]<0.01,"**"))

    Any suggestions would be helpful.

    Thanks,
    Leesha

    Re: Query Formula needed (2002)

    Hi Francois!

    That is what I was looking for. The end result false should be a blank. This is what the final formula looked like after testing:

    Asterix: IIf([ref_signif]<=0.001,"**",IIf([ref_signif]>0.001 And [ref_signif]<=0.01,"*"))

    I compared it to a statistical report we get from the US Federal Gov't and the "**" and "*" are where they should be! Low behold some of the federal * and ** are calculated incorrectly!

    Thanks,
