    Firewire Bracket

Hi, I have 2 firewire connectors on my motherboard and i wish to make them accessible. I cannot find anywhere online to get a bracket for them. Does anyone have any ideas?

The nearest I have got is a floppy drive bay hub which has 1 firewire and 2 usb sockets, but i do not need usb as i have these all connected already.

MSI include it as an optional extra on some boards - a rear bracket with a mini and normal firewire socket - but i cannot find a way to buy it from them. I will email them also.
    Thanks,

    pmatz

The only multiple firewire brackets I know of is atCyberguys
There is one with 3 firewire and 5 USB. Also can you use TWO brackets with one firewire each?
Hunt around in their catalog. They have a LOT of out of the ordinary items that are hard to find elsewhere under one cover.

    Bob

Sorry, that should have been a reply to Matz! He would/does know what I'm talking about, since he, too, lives in Gloucester!

    Re: Firewire Bracket

What you are looking for and should Google on is:

    Front Panel I/O adaptor

You should be able to find many 5 1/4 inch drive bay panels in various configurations and colors and prices - some for under $20USD that simply extend the motherboard connections to the front. You can spend more too that include powered hubs, temperature and fan speed monitors and card readers too.

Most here http://www.directron.com/frontaudio.html are singles but you might get some ideas on what to look for.
