    Calculate fields in report (2000)

Edited by HansV to display data as table

    Hi,
I have a crosstab query that displays Male/Female and category totals (from A through to I). Naturally this calculates the total amount of categories specific to each gender.
    So for instance:

    <table border=1><tr><td align=right>

You can put text boxes in the report footer section with control source

    =Sum([A])

    etc.

    Thanks Hans,
Didn't realise they had to go into the Report footer!

That's what the report footer is for.
    - The detail section displays info about a single record.
    - The group footer(s), if any, display summary info about the records in a grouping level.
    - The report footer displays summary info about ALL records.
