    Srceen capture and Word (2003)

I use snagt it to do a screen capture from a MS-Access windows with pivot charts. Then I use select all and copy to paste the image in a Word document. The image is fluzzy. Is there a way to have a clear image after a screen capture with Snagt- it?
    Thanks and regards

Word will adjust the image to the margins, and give you the best preview it can muster. Usually, the full resolution will be retained when the document is printed, but there is no guarantee. For best on-screen results, resize the Access window you are capturing to fit within the space you want it to occupy in the document. If that is not possible, you still can get good print results by pasting into a program that can alter the pixels-per-inch before pasting into Word.

Hi Marcel -- Just a brief addendum to Jefferson's response. When you paste the capture use Edit / Paste Special / Picture to get the best resolution and smallest file size.
