WebSphere Studio Homepage Builder for Windows

Anybody know about IBM's WebSphere Studio Homepage Builder for Windows?

How does it compare with MSFT Front Page:
    a. in terms of functionality
    b. In terms of producing STANDARD HTML
    c. macro programmability, i.e., is there a macro language and can it interface with MSFT Office macro code

I can't believe IBM has entered the HTML editor market against Macromedia, Microsoft, Adobe, and everyone else. I didn't see many reviews (one at epinions); presumably they aren't making much of a dent.

    It's an old Ltus product.
Does not even claim support for Win XP.

In the IBM newsgroups, I saw two interesting tings:

    1. 90% of users are alleged to be in Japan, indeed, the version number of the product is 7 in Japan and 6 in the USA.

    2. Several folkes have posted if the try to download the product from iBM/ web site, they are not allowed to do so if running Win XP.

    3. Several folkes stated that the critter does run in Win XP.

Reviews such as that particular one carry no weight with me. Actually, I do not need any more weight, I'm heavy enough as is!

The reviewer points out significant flaws and then says IBM has a near perfect product.

In my case, I'm looking for something that is close to Front Page, but does not include all the crap included by FP.
Not to mention, unless absolutely necessary, I refuse to reward uncle Bill for not bundling FP with Office 2003.

I've been using the VS .NET editor. Might be (almost) adequate for my text oriented web site.
