Shortcut key assignment for PPT macro? (2003)

    Hello,

    The screen-shot shows PowerPoint's macro-recording dialogue-box.
How can I assign a short-cut key to this macro?

    TIA.

    BD.

You can assign keyboard accelerators (underlined characters) to menu options and toolbar buttons through the Tools | Customize... dialog, but there is no standard way to assign them to macros.

There is an add-in that lets you assign keyboard shortcuts to macros: OfficeOne Shortcut Manager for PowerPoint. You can download a free 30-day trial version.
