ActiveX Listbox does not save contents (Excel 10)

I have an ActiveX listbox with content that is loaded using the ADDITEM method instead of using its ListFillRange property. Once the workbook gets saved and closed, the listboxes lose all of their content when re-opened. This does not happen with non ActiveX listboxes. I am using ActiveX listboxes because I need multiple columns for each row of data. If non ActiveX list boxes support multiple columns then I would use them but I don't think they support more than 1 column.

You could use code to add them whenver you need it filled or you could just use the ListFillRange to fill as many columns as desired

You could mimick a multicolumn listbox by placing several "forms listboxes" next to each other, each having the same linked cell, but different listfillranges. Disadvantage is that each listbox has its own scrollbar.
