    Printing labels (Access 2000 (SP-3))

I am trying to set up a report for printing labels. The labels are 1"x3.5". In the page setup, the "Top Margin" number will not go below .622. This forces the first row to print well below where it is supposed to and takes 3-4 labels to print 1 address. Any ideas?

This may be due to limits imposed by the printer. For example, I have an Epson that cannot print any closer to the bottom than about 0.7".

Do you labels have a margin at the top?

Some labels are designed for photocopiers and don't have a margin at the top. Ones designed for printers have a top margin that is about half an inch.

No, they do not have a top margin. They are a Quill brand. (Pressure Sensitive Printout Labels 3-1/2" x 15/16" tractor feed)

In order to fully resolve this, we need to know the brand a model of printer, but since it's pin feed, you probably have a choice of continuous feed and that should resolve your problem with the top margin.
