    Label to Text Box (2000)

Is there a way to retrieve a value from a label on one form and display it is a text box on another form? For example, I have frmA with label lblAccess. lblAccess caption is set to 5. I want to display this label in a text box txtNext on frmB. Is this possible? I know I could do this if the labels on frmA were text boxes instead of labels, but I couldn't figure out how to link a text box to another form like you can a label. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve. Labels are intended to display fixed information that is NOT saved data. Textboxes are used to display/edit data which may or may not be bound to an underlying source. I don't see what you're trying to accomplish by reading a label on another form. If you want to pass a piece of text between forms, create a public module level variable in FormA and refer to it in FormB as FormA.PropertyName, where PropertyName is the name of the variable.
