Large file transfer (Office 2003 SP1)

I have an Excel file that has grown to 7+MB and it will no longer go as an attachment because of my ISP's 10MB limit. What's the best way to transfer large files between my office and home (separated by several thousand miles - so sneaker net is out.) I also have an Access file that is 372MB that I need to transfer about once a quarter. I have a cable connection at home and a dial up at the office... but the transfer could be made at night.

I don't fully understand why a CD-RW is not possible, however..... have you looked at WinRar - which is able to split files to enable bridging ISP limits?

Would zipping them reduce their size significantly enough?

I wanted to do it over the Internet because the 3-5 days mailing time was not practical. I'll check out WinRar.

Whoa! It couldn't get much more simple than that.
    Thanks.
