    NetMeeting ( Home Edition SP1)

I have NetMeeting installed on my computer. The Readme states that it can't be removed using the Control Panel. I checked, and it's correct, Net Meeting isn't listed.

My questions is: How to remove it completly? Now don't ask why I want to remove it, because I just do that's all. I really don't think I need a reason.

Thanks to any one who cares to answer the question.

Viking, you guys never fail to amaze me. I posted this not 3 minutes ago and already I have an answer. You all just keep getting better and better. If you get much better you'll answer before I ask the question or post the problem. Kiddos to all you brilliant fellows and gals on Woody's.

I'll do exactly like you suggested and return to post the results. Thanks Viking, your one of the greatest.

Worked like a charm, I saw the graph removing Net Meeting. It read: Deleting Files.

Thank you Viking, this was one of the fastest fixes of all time. Take a bow and listen to the applause.

For your information, I'm keeping a file of all the fixes found on Woody's in case I need them at a future date. Sound like a good idea to you?.

Re: NetMeeting ( Home Edition SP1)

    Duchess,
    Sounds good to me.
I usually print out the more involved ones or a particular Knowledge Base article and keep them in an old fashioned loose leaf notebook. Others I think are worth keeping, I move over to a little database prog, so I can search them out if necessary by title.

I'm sure a lot of people have their own pet way of doing the same thing. Whatever works for you.

Glad to hear that worked to remove messenger for you.

I dislike nit pickers so I won't be guilty of doing so, but just to keep the record straight for other loungers, It wasn't messenger I removed. It was Net Meeting.

That was just a case of poor proof reading on my part. <img src=/S/groan.gif border=0 alt=groan width=16 height=15>
