    Rotating text (XP)

    Hello,

On a webpage, I want to have my contact information appear on the left hand side in a vertical manner reading bottom to top (take a text box and rotate it 90 degrees). I've looked in the help and tried all the tricks that I know, yet I cannot find any information. All ideas will be appreciated.

Not quite sure what you mean. If you are looking for something like this, then create a 1 column table with the appropriate number of rows and align it to the left side of your page.

    John,

Thank you for getting back to me. Take the first row in your table (deleting all the others) and rotate that row so that it is now vertical with the text intact (like tilting your head 90 degrees to the right). I want the text to run vertically along the left edge of the page. Does this explanation help?

OK - how about this. The first one is actually Word Art (which you can create directly in FrontPage and the second one is a text box created in Word, the text direction rotated, then the text box copied and then pasted into the same document "as a picture". Then the "picture" is copied and pasted into the web page. Not very elegant but it does work.
