Automatically saving of .pdf reports (2000)

Is there any way to get Access to automatically save the .pdf reports and also to automatically save them to a specified directory?
    see attachment.

    Thanks
    Justin.

That depends on what is triggering the dialog in the first place. Please explain further.

What works for me Justin is the following:
I have Adobe set up as my default printer, in printer properties of the Adobe PDF printer, under the "Advanced" tag, click on "printing defaults" button. On this next window you should see a check button for "Prompt for Adobe PDF filename".. remove the checkmark to not be prompted for a "save as" screen.
for a specified directory, under the "Ports" tab of the printer properties, add a new port as an Adobe port, and browse to the directory you want your PDF's to go to.
    Hope this helps..

    Didn't you ask the same question back in <post#=402447>post 402447</post#> , then again <post#=423704>post 423704</post#> ?

The first time there was a long thread with lots of suggestions. If those suggestions did not work, or your question is a bit different this time, perhaps you could clarify further.
    Regards
    John
