'Save Target As...' equivalent? (Firefox 1.0)

I can't find in Firefox the equivalent of the IE Right-Click menu "Save Target As...", when you want (say) to save a PDF and open it later in Acrobat Reader.

    Thanks!

The Firefox equivalent to "Save Target As..." is "Save Link As..."

Selecting "Help>For Internet Explorer Users" shows other terminology differences.

And there was me presuming a Link was a Link, and not a file!!

PS Have you used Acrobat Reader Speedup via http://www.tnk-bootblock.co.uk recently? Subsequent to installation and activation, when I double-click on a web page's link to a PDF, both Firefox and IE6 hang at 50-100% CPU and I have to terminate the browser...

I have all of the Acrobat Reader plug-ins enabled and have never used Acrobat Reader Speedup. I have no problems opening PDFs in either Firefox or IE.
