    Delegate access (2003)

I am an administrator can open additional mailboxes through the Exchange
Server and employees will call occasionally and need delegate access to
someone's mail of calendar. Although I can set the permissions of another
user's folder I don't know how to set delegate access w/o physically logging
into that person's Outlook account. Is it possible for me to access their
folder and set the delegate access from my account? Hope that make sense.

I'm almost certain that what you are seeking is not possible - by design - for security reasons.
