Tangy vegetable juice

You need a juicer for this recipie, I use a Samson.

3 carrots
1 medium sized beetroot
4 sticks of celery
5 radishes
5 spinach leaves
1 small slice of ginger
2 red cabbage leaves
1 thin slice of lemon

Assuming you've got a Samson juicer, alternate between hard and soft vegetables as you put them through, resulting in residue as seen here.
Cheers, Claude.

One actually drinks this ??? Looks like the beginnings of a pretty fair compost heap, if you asked me. Which you didn't !!

One drinks the juice, the residue can be composted, used in sauces or pies or just used to take a photo of

You obviously have a higher class of compost than me!
