    Fax using Contacts (Outlook 2002)

    I am using Outlook 2002 (not Outlook Express) and I have Microsoft Fax installed. When I try to fax out something, I cannot see my contacts from Outlook at all. It looks like those contacts shown in the fax program are from Outlook Express instead. Does anyone know how to fix that problem?

    I'm not familiar with Microsoft Fax (unless it's the XP Fax Console), but, have you set the contacts Folder as an Address Book? Select the Contacts Folder, right click it, select Properties | Outlook Address Book tab | check 'Show this Folder as an Address Book'. If that doesn't help, post back.
