    Input Mask Excel 97

    Hi

Is there a way to specify an input mask for a text box on a User Form in Excel 97. It's pretty easy to do with Access forms but I haven't found a way to do it with Excel.

    TIA
    Ade

AFAIK, Excel does not have Input Masks. Depending on exactly what you are trying to do, you could probably come close by writing code in the KeyDown or KeyPress event procedures for the text box.

Have a look at the following thread and you may get some ideas, depending on what you would like to mask.
