    Print Pages out of order macro

    How can I write a macro in Excel2000, that will group sheets and then print them in a different order. I have the following code:

    Sheets(Array("Prep", "Food","Elec")).Select Replace:=False
    ActiveWindow.SelectedSheets.PrintOut Copies:=1, Collate:=True

    I would like to change the order of these pages. I change the order in the code and it comes out the same way. I need to group these pages together because I have Page #'s in the footer. I need them to print 1,2,3,etc. How do I change the order?

    Thanks

    Arrange the worksheet tabs in the order you want them printed. For example if you want Sheet2 to print first, drag the tab to the leftmost position etc. The sheets are actually printed in the order they apprear in the workbook, not the order they are selected in.

    I don't want to change the tabs. I need them in a certain order except when printing. I really just want to have a macro that arranges the tabs when printing.

    Look at the Worksheet.Move method. You should be able to move the sheets into any order you want and then put them back when you are done.

    OK, try this. For each sheet goto Page Setup and on the Page Tab (1st) set the first page number to the number you want that sheet to have.
