If you click on "Create" new message, then click tools>select recipients, then your address book should appear and there is an arrow for BCC & CC. Select an address and click bcc right arrow.

Long ago, there was a time when men cursed and beat on the ground with sticks. It was called witchcraft.
    Today it is called golf!

You can also open a new message, and then click "View" and then "All Headers". Once you do this, all new messages will open with the BCC line visible and you can type right into it just like "To" or "CC".
