    Outlook - Calender (2003)

In weeks view (5 or 7 days) I have the heading e.g. "01 December". How to change this to "Wednesday 01 December" , i.e. how to include the day?

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge.

I think the date format depends on the available space. If you make the Outlook window larger, or widen the space for the 5/7 day calendar within the Outlook window, the date format will adapt itself.

Outlook derives the format for the headings in the 5/7 day calendar from the Long date format in the Date tab of the Customize Regional Options dialog (click Customize in the Regional and Language Options control panel). Make sure that this format includes the name of the day ("dddd").

    Hans,

Thanks a lot, that did the trick indeed.
