    Capital letters (MSO2003/WXP Pro)

I have a user who has complained that whenever he types in an acronym, and we work a lot in acronyms so much so that we have produced a 20 page acronym directory, Word immediately converts all but the first two letters to lower case. I have checked his Autocorrect settings and everything is unchecked but it still happens.

    Can anyone help?
    cheers

Sounds like an errant AutoCorrect entry. The checkboxes would not leave the first two letters capitalized. Unless maybe it's on the Exceptions list. It's an area I've never really fully explored...

I don't think so, as it happens to almost any sequence of capital letters and only happens if the shift key is held down. If the caps lock is on it doesn't happen.
