    Edited, hopefully, to set the boundaries of possible solutions. Thanks Hans.

    Everyday for the last 4 years, I have been putting any odd 1 penny coins I had accumulated in a day into my piggy bank. At this time,three years ago, Fagin-like, I counted my booty. I discovered that if I put them into piles of 4 pennies, one remained pileless. I also learnt that one penny remained after putting them into piles of 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. On this first occasion, I had saved more than
