    Meeting reminder (2003)

    Hi there
    I have a user who's reminder is not coming up for her calendars. The meeting reminder is selected when the meeting is sent and I've sent the following instructions through:

    Select "Tools" --> "Options"
    Select the "Other" tab then click "Advanced Options"
    Click the "Reminder Options"
    Make sure that the "Display Reminder" box is ticked.

    The tick box "Display Reminder" was ticked. Please could you let me know if there is anywhere else I can go to activate it?

    I notice that you stated that this user has 'calendars', plural. The KB Hans refers to explains that reminders only fire in the primary (default) Calendar, which is the one Outlook automatically creates when Outlook is first installed. If the user wants reminders to fire in non-default folders, Ken Slovaks's Extended Reminders will do that - it's not free, but at US$15 it's not expensive.
