    Run-time Error 13, Type Mismatch (2000)

    I am attempting to launch a macro and get this. It stops on this in the code:

    .MonetaryAmount = Format(-100 * Application.Cells(nRow, 15), FMT_CURRENCY)

    Any ideas?

    This doesn't tell us much. We don't know what MonetaryAmount is, or FMT_CURRENCY, or what the value of Cells(nRow, 15) is.

    Hans, thanks. Found the problem. Some of the data had been entered with "extra spaces." For my benefit, what could I have added to my post in terms of specfics to help?

    Thanks.

    The rest of the macro so we could see how those were defined (DIMed), and what values they were set to, and if some of those were defined names, how they were defined.
