    Column Headings (2002/SP3)

I have about 50 subfolders below my Inbox. I want to add the "From" column heading to all of these subfolders. Is there a quicker way to do this other than opening each individual folder and adding the column heading? (Please tell me there is)
    Thanks,

    Where did they go?
Every time I make a new folder the "From" is the first in line.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

These are existing folders. I don't know where the From field went but now it's gone.

    Re: Column Headings (2002/SP3)

For folders that I use to mix incoming and outgoing messages, I created a custom view called MailArchive that I apply to these folders. I haven't found a way to (1) apply to all at once or (2) guarantee that new subfolders will use that view, but I suspect that a VBA procedure (aka "macro") could be written to do it. Perhaps one has been posted here in the past? We certainly have had a few threads on applying views to (or removing view attributes, such as the preview pane from) multiple folders...

You probably removed it from one Folder, and all subsequent Folders created as children of that Folder inherited that View. There may be a VBA code way to correct it.

What headings do you have right now?

I have the four icon headings (importance, icon, flag status, attachment) plus "Subject" and "Received" - "From" is missing. Does it make a difference which headings are being displayed? Thanks for all your help.

I looked for previous postings regarding this issue and wasn't able to find anything. Do you have a VBA script that can apply a view to all subfolders? Thanks
