Having info appear in 2 tables (Access 2000 sp3)

How can i get information I enter into one table appear on another table IE I have a database with 2 tables both contain the field Name. I want to enter 1 name in the first field of the first table and have it appear in the second tables corresponding field automatically Without having to enter it in again.

In general, storing the same information in two tables violates relational database design - it is redundant. Could you explain a little bit more about why and in which context you want to do this?

You do that by NOT storing the value in two tables. Instead, you store the value in one table and point to it from the other when you need it. As an aside, don't name a field Name. You'll confuse Access horribly, since Name is a property and therefore a reserved word.
