    Mailing labels (Access 2000)

I created Avery mailing labels #5160, 3 across by 10 down. When I copy the report to a CD or send the file over the internet, the mailing labels change into 1 across. How can I lock in the layout of these labels.

How do you copy the report?

One thing to check is that "Track name AutoCorrect info" in the General tab of Tools | Options... is off. It is known to make reports lose their page setup if it is on. You have to do this for each database individually.

Yes, I followed your instructions, but they still go to one across. I am doing just a normal copy or send. I did not know if there was any code for the Aver label #5160 that would lock in three across.

Which format do you use for the copy or send? (Text, RTF, Excel, HTML, ...)

I don't copy just one report. I copy the whole database to a cd or send the database over the internet. When the person opens the file and runs the mailing labels report that I have saved, it shows only one address going across, instead of three. I created the mailing labels using the Labels Wizard. Thank you.
