    List of non-duplicated values (xp)

I have a column containing circa 1000 instances of duplicated teaching groups. How can I extract to another range, a list of these groups?
    TIA

    Hi Rob

You can use "Data>Filter>Advanced Filter" to extract the unique records.

Alternatively you can use the easy filter add-in by Ron de Bruin

First, make sure that you have a column label at the top of the column. Then:

1- Select the column containing the teaching groups.

2- Select Filter from the Data menu, and Advanced Filter from the fly out menu.

3- In the dialog box, put a check mark next to Unique Records only. Then if you want the list in a different location, Select "Copy to another location," and enter the location in the "Copy To" box.

4- Click OK, and you should have your list.
