    Christmas Letter (Outlook 2002)

I need to send out a personalized Christmas letter to my customers.
    1. I have 50 customer in my contact folder.
    2. I open up Word. I open the (same) letter I want to send to all customers.
    3. I do a mail merge in Word that creates 50 personalized customer letters (one per page).
    4. My word document is now 50 pages with one letter for each customer.
    5. I want to save on stampes. I want to e-mail one personalized letter to each customer.
    6. Example (Page one letter is addressed to Don Smith), (Page two letter is addressed to Sally Howard) etc.
    7. Is there a quick way to e-mail the personalized letters through e-mail????

Instead of doing the merge as a letter, you can do it as an email. It will then email each customer individually. Instead of choosing letter as the final merge, you can select email.

Merge to e-mail will put the letter in the body of the message. If you want to make it an attachment, you might have to write some VBA code.
