    Empty Senders (MSO2K)

Is there any way to set a rule that will delete any mail that comes with no apparent sender OR receiver?

    Regards,

I don't know, I haven't heard back on whether the rule suggested in <post#=434335>post 434335</post#> will work or not. (You would customize it slightly to check for From: or To<img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>

I seem to be having some difficulty with the 'AND' part...

the statement I put in the box was so that the message MUST contain, is "From: AND Subject:"

It's picking up others as well... It would be neat to be able to pick up ONLY idf the From: was blank, 'cause no subject happens sometimes anyway...

You changed the problem on me. You only wanted an OR in your original question. I don't know if there is a way to create AND conditions in that particular criterion.

I'm sorry... I thought if you could 'OR' you could 'AND'... an 'OR' would work, because it seems when I look that when there isn't a 'From: there usually isn't a 'Subject', so...

The "Help" for that part, though, said that if you used multiples, it had to match them all, but there was no mention of syntax etc., so now I am confused.

To get OR, I entered the two phrases separately in the dialog illustrated in the attached. Does that help?
