    Opening Outlook (Win 98/Outlook XP)

Our campus is in the process of migrating from GroupWise to Outlook. I have two users with Win 98 on their home computers and cannot access Outlook. They can get to the webmail page but when they start typing in their username and password, they say they can only type the first two letters of their usernames and one character of their password. They also said that many of the icons and text are missing on the login page. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Re: Opening Outlook (Win 98/Outlook XP)

I searched for an answer and found this on MS KB http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?...roduct=exch2003, looks like it might be a version problem with IE. Hope this points you in the right direction... good luck... trish
