    Read receipt won't send (2003)

I have Outlook installed on my home computer (no exchange server - just a dial up ISP account).

I have had 4 mails which asked for read receipts which I said yes to. However these don't ever seem to send. There is noting in my outbox but when I press send/recieve it eventually stalls and the status bar says 'sending 4 messages'.

How can I either get them sent or delete them?

Were these spam messages? You would think "real" messages would have valid reply addresses... Sorry, I'm not aware of any way to flush read receipts that won't send. There must be some way to make Outlook forget about them.

I haven't had a chance to read too closely, but would OutlookSpy do the job?
