    Printing Image (ACCESS 2003)

    How do you set up a linked image to print in a report? I have the image locations stored in a field in a table and the images in a separate folder.

    In the detail section of the report, put two controls.
    One textbox containing the path and the name of the image. Make it invisible of you want.
    The second control is an Image control. Set the picture property to any image you want, it doesn't matter.
    In the on format event of the detail section enter the following code:
    Private Sub Detail_Format(Cancel As Integer, FormatCount As Integer)
    Me.Image.Picture = Me.Textbox
    End Sub
    Replace Image and Textbox with the appropriated names of your controls.
