Non-HTML page error (Front Page 2000)

My web server site does support Frontpage extensions - 2000, and I've just modified my form on this page to include several new checkboxes. I now get this error message when trying to submit my form (used to work fine):
Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions' Smart HTML interpreter on this non-HTML page: "http://www.offinleftfield.com/movies.htm"
I also see "[FrontPage Save Results Component] " on my page that I did not see before (leads me to think the form handler got confused?).

    2 questions:
1-Should I re-install the server extensions on my providers site?
2-Is there a limit on the number of checkboxes on a single form? I seem to have approx 75 on this one.

    Thanks for any assist.

    Wandering minds.....

Re: Non-HTML page error (Front Page 2000)

Thanks for the links jscher. After checking them and going through my setups 'again', I realized that I hadn't done anything wrong, for some reason or other my host's settings got hosed and I had to re-install the server extensions and then contact my cs for them to reset outgoing email smtp for my site.
Finally my form is working up to snuff.

    Have a great holiday
