    Paste text, not hyperformating (2000)

Pasting text is usually not an issue, unless you're pasting something from a web site. Then, Word has the bad habit (err .. feature) of pasting as a ... well, I'm not exactly sure what rules it uses, but anthing that's a hyperlink is embedded in the document (this can prove a real pain). I normally get around this using Edit > Paste Special > Unformated Text, but now I'm copying a whole lot of text from web sites and it's getting tedious. Now, here's the question:

How can I make word always paste as unformated text?
