    Re: Concantenate (Excel 2000)

    Hi Darryl

If the cells are in proper date and time formats then use a simple formula such as:
    =A1+B1

    Format the cell using:
    mm/dd/yy hh:mm

This works because times are stored in Excel as fractions of a day.

    Concatenate (Excel 2000)

    Hi all,

I would like to concatenate 2 cells the first cell has a date format 01/01/04, the second is also a date format, 22:00.

Is there a way to join them in a cell to show 01/01/04 22:00.

    The time 22:00 will change.
but the date will remain the same.

    Thanks,
    Darryl.
