Command line switches (Access 2000 SR1)

Curiosity question (but it might help me in a current problem): I've found a command line switch to Access which is /SHELLSYSTEM. But I can't find any documentation on it. Does anyone know what it does? There's nothing listed on MS or MSDN. It's used in the file association for Access.Shortcuts (see FTYPE Access.Shortcut.Form.1)

It looks like it's used to pass DDE-like commands to Access when opening a shortcut to an Access object such as a query or form. Documentation for the DDE commands that Access supports is very thin on the ground.

Edited by HansV to insert space between % and 1 - a % character followed by a digit plays havoc with the Lounge software.

    Thanks Hans.
yes, I'm guessing that the switch then accepts the following argument (for example '[OpenReport "% 1",2]').
