    Receiving Problem w/ Outlook 2003 (2003 SP1)

Program has been working fine up until an hour or so ago. Sends mail fine but will not receive. Pressing F9 or from the tool bar elicits no response, no progress window, nothing at all. Have Norton AV Corporate version 9.0.0.338. Any ideas?

Have you tried deleting and recreating your profile - just in case something has inadvertently become corrupted? HTH

    Unkamunka,
Thank you for taking the time to respond. I had tried opening and closing Outlook which did no good. Rebooting the PC fixed it.

Make sure that there is NOT a copy of Outlook still running. Open Task Manager *Cntrl-Alt-Delete one time). If Outlook is listed select it and then "Kill Task".
Then start up Outlook and give it a try.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.
